14/7/2019 (Group 2)
As our group members love to eat, we chose to wake up early in the morning to have our wonderful breakfast in the dining hall to start our tiring, yet fruitful day.
We then walked around the campus under the blazing sun and had a great time when taking silly photos and videos.
After lunch, we went to Synergy House where participants from other countries live in to compete with our Global Solution Project teams. Though our team lost in the sack race, we won in the Jenga game and has created a record of the longest game of all the day which we built a very high stack of those Jenna blocks and everyone came around to check out the progress. There are also games such as passing table tennis balls on a spoon, three-legged race and rolling balls on a tube. This is really helpful in strengthening our team spirit and bring the relationship between members closer. The most exciting part is water balloons fight between the Synergy and Hong Kong team. Though we totally lost, we enjoyed it very much.
We then headed to the Stanford Shopping Centre which our group went to a shop for dinner to take a rest after the 30 minutes walking and spent time hanging in Stanford shop, Sephora and Urban Outfitters to buy things both for ourselves and others.
We had done a lot of exercises today and it is certain that we can take a good rest tonight.
