13/7/2019 (Group 3)

Today was the fifth day of our Stanford Pre-Collegiate International Institutes programme. We went on an excursion to San Francisco. It was really fun and exciting!

First of all, we visited the California Academy of Science. Apart from science related exhibits, we saw a lot of different rare species of animals. There was a part about human evolution, where we have deeper understanding of the history of human throughout all the years.

After that, we went to the Golden Gate Bridge to take photos. The scenery was mesmerising and we managed to take a lot of attractive pictures for our memories.

Next, we went to Pier 39 for some free time. There, we did some shopping and interacted with the locals. We were very grateful that they were friendly and helpfully assisted us with the directions and we managed to reach our destination.

Lastly, after dinner, we went to the Synergy House to do the tie dye. We were very excited as most of us haven't tried it before. We all are looking forward to getting back our work 2 days later. Afterwards, we sat around with girls from Philippines and sang together. They were passionate about singing and the atmosphere was very intimate.

We had a very great time and this memory will forever be lingering in our hearts
