  We visited the digital anatomy lab in the morning, where we can take a deeper look into human organs and various systems. The lab allowed us to take a look of how it is like inside our body and how it functions. We never learn this in school and this is why this is such a memorable experience for me. We have never touched a human internal organ before but we did not feel nauseous when we touched the organs with our gloves on. We also understand the attentiveness of each surgeon and we all respect how serious they were about their duty. 

  In the afternoon, we attended a leadership class where we are able to understand our inner self. Through various activities like dancing and visualisation, we believe that our confidence has increased significantly. we have casted all our worries and burdens and enjoyed the moments while dancing selflessly. At the end of the lesson, we did a 15-minute meditation, imagining our future wise selves, allowing us to picture what we are going to be in the future. We were more relieved and felt more secured towards our career goals in the following 10 years or more.
